Susan Cole-week 3 since surgery, and doing great! She forgets to use her walker, that is how great she feels!

Glenn-talked about the Rotary Robotics Rumble-asking who would like to help out with the students’ presentations where they demonstrate their robotic skills.

John and Jean Hackenburg talked about his latest 5 week trip to Australia. They spent 9 days with Rotary families, talking about the difference between there and America. Religion, politics, and anything else they could think of! He brought back a banner from one of the clubs there. (and of course, took ours to give to them also!)

Daniel Myers introduced all of the “Students of the month”: (all were accompanied by parents, and letters from faculty that nominated them)

Isabelle Pisano-WISH/North Bay Met

*her service project was working at a refugee school in Thailand, and in So. Africa for her senior project

Landon Straub-Nueva Core (School for the Arts)

*taking classes at the JC to learn more about lighting design for theatre, and also business classes

Noah Wagner-AP Core

*knows American sign language and also in German. Worked at the Oakland Highland Hospital emergency room-volunteering to learn more about caring for the ill and injured.
